De Nieuwe Honsel, 1921-1923
This stained glass and enameled hanging lamp is an exquisite example of early 20th-century design. Shaped in an octagonal form, the lamp features fire-burned glass with organic Amsterdamse School patterns. Its origins from the early period of De Honsel, before they became known as De Nieuwe Honsel, make it particularly fascinating. Inside, the lamp bears the signature “De Nonsel Loosduinen,” adding to its historical value.
When turned on, the lamp emits a wonderful, warm light that beautifully enhances its intricate patterns, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
